The use of credit card is possible. (JCB, AMEX, DC, VISA, UFJ,UC,BC,TS3,AEON)
- When should I make the payment?
Guests who made reservation in advance can payment at check-out after staying. It doesn't need payment in advance case of make reservation through website or phone.
- When will I be able to make the reservation?
Reservation is possible one year ago of your stay. But there is case for can't make reservation at time of package changing.
- How many does it can make reservation night, rooms and people for one time?
About rooms, you can specify the rooms at a time within the possible range of each package. Number of people who can make a reservation per room depends on the type or each room type, the accommodation plan.
- Is movement of wheelchair possible in hall?
The use of wheelchair is possible in hall.
In addition, we put it everywhere in the hall, so when you need it please use freely.
- Is there coin laundry?
I'm terribly sorry, there are not facilities in this hotel.
There is coin laundry takes about 5 minutes by car. We will show around place at the front desk.

High-speed LAN is drawn into all rooms. In addition, wireless LAN is available in front lounge.
There is not rental of PC, but sets up one desktop PC on the front desk side.

There is convenience store "FamilyMart" it takes about 3 minutes by car or 10minutes by walk.
- With pet can lodge at the same hotel?
I'm sorry. We don't wish you to stay with your pet at our hotel.

The laundry accepts, but time for acceptance is fixed (next morning handing over) because laundry is outside order.

I'm terribly sorry, we don't have non-smoking room. We give deodorant service. When you make reservation, please tell our staff your hope.

In guest room, we set up yukata, towel bath towel, toothbrush, soap, shaver, shower cap hairbrush dryer.
- How do you protects personal information such as address and my name?
About personal information from visitor, we are use only to offer useful service to visitor including the use and handout of this service. It deals with information of visitor while adopting international guideline about personal information protection including personal information protection order that European Union (EU) established for privacy protection.

Dinner hall please enters from 18:00 to 20:00. Breakfast hall becomes open from 7:00 to 9:00.

Our hotel does not service meals in the room. We have meals in restaurant. We ask for your kindly understanding in advance.

Guests can stay with yukata in our hotel. Please stay relax time.

- Is there bath in room?
There is bath in all rooms, but its heated bathwater. When you want to take hot spring, please use large communal bath.
- Until what time large commnual bath can we take?
There are two places of large communal baths.
Genroku Buro from 15:00 to 24:00 from 5:30 to 8:30
Pine cloud bath from 17:30 to 25:00 from 5:00 to 15:00
- Is there sand steamed hot spring?
Sand steamed hot spring is in this hotel site.
As you are connected in Genroku Buro, so you can enter the same Genroku Buro after sand bathing.

In Ibusuki Hakusuikan, we operate free pick-up bus (whole year) between Ibusuki Station.
From Hakusuikan (the entrance) → It is 10 10/11 10
From Ibusuki Station (the station west exit) → It is 10 10/16 15
In addition, we arrive for approximately 1,000 yen by taxi for approximately seven minutes.

There is yukata for child, too. There is size with large, middle, and small.
